of this most exclusive Village
This
villa, of 2000 covered square metres, 40 metres above the sea level, overlooks
the Piazzetta of Porto Cervo from a distance of 300 metres.
The villa’s twelve
acre park (five hectares) of Mediterranean vegetation to the east, extends down
to the rocks of the sea dominating the bay of Porto Cervo, the archipelago of La
Maddalena, the Pevero bay, mount Moro and the open sea.
The splendid
position induced the constructors and the architect, Luigi Vietti, to build a
magnificent, exclusive villa, rich in aesthetic and cultural
values to meet the
needs of lovers of art.
Luigi
Vietti’s project made use of the natural forms of the environment to recall
classical architecture. He has created a body which, skilfully
sculpted into the
surroundings, offers sensations proper to classicism.
